The Hockey Lab
The Hockey Lab is an app from EmoDino. It turns your phone into a shot speed radar for ice hockey players. Point the camera, take a shot, and see how fast the puck left your stick.
How it works
The app records at 120 frames per second and uses computer vision to track the puck. You can see its speed right after the shot. Each shot is saved with its video, so you can watch your form alongside your speed.
Training over a season
Your shots build a training history, so you can see how your speed changes over weeks and months. You can also train with teammates and compare shots.
